The survival period of a tumor is usually expressed by the five-year survival rate, and the five-year survival rate of small cell lung cancer is 3 to 50%. Small cell lung cancer is a relatively serious disease, and there is no specific data in the clinic to clearly state the survival period of patients, which is usually judged according to the specific conditions of small cell lung cancer patients and the five-year survival rate. Small cell lung cancer patients are mainly categorized into Stage I, Stage II, Stage III and Stage IV. The five-year survival rate of Stage I small cell lung cancer patients is 50%, that of Stage II patients is 25%, that of Stage III patients is 10% and that of Stage IV patients is 3%. The survival period of small cell lung cancer cannot be generalized, and the five-year survival rate should be judged according to the patient’s condition. It is suggested that patients with small cell lung cancer should go to the hospital in time and take treatment measures as soon as possible under the guidance of doctors, so as to avoid delaying the disease.
