When is the best time to take a shower

  It is generally recommended to take a bath about 10 minutes after getting up in the morning or about 30 minutes before going to bed at night is better.  In the morning, it is recommended to use a slightly higher temperature water to take a bath, which can effectively promote blood circulation throughout the body, have a refreshing effect on the brain, and can make the spirit of refreshment. Even if the previous night’s sleep is not very adequate, after the morning bath can keep the day energetic. Bathing at night can relieve the fatigue of the day and help to sleep, but the immune system is weaker at night, it is recommended to use water with a temperature similar to the body temperature when bathing to avoid temperature changes that cause discomfort such as colds.  After taking a bath, the water on the surface of the body should be dried as soon as possible to avoid natural evaporation and lower body temperature, which may cause discomfort. It is not recommended to take a bath with water that is too low in temperature, which may trigger a sharp contraction of capillaries on the body surface and lead to discomfort around the body.
