The presence of chest tightness and throat congestion is likely to be an abnormal manifestation due to an angina attack. It is recommended that an electrocardiogram (ECG) be performed promptly during an episode of discomfort to help further clarify whether the attack is accompanied by myocardial ischemia. The heart rate and blood pressure can be measured, combined with oral bisoprolol or metoprolol, and if hypertension is present, a combination of oral antihypertensive drugs is recommended. It may also be due to lung infection or lung occupancy, which does not exclude similar uncomfortable symptoms, and a tumor series and CT examination of the lungs can be performed to help further clarify the diagnosis. In addition, it is recommended to check the cardiac ultrasound and coronary CT.
