How to determine if there is pancreatitis

If a patient has symptoms of upper abdominal pain, pancreatitis is more likely to be considered, and acute pancreatitis is judged in 3 ways: 1) symptoms of abdominal pain consistent with acute pancreatitis; 2) ultrasound or CT findings of edema and exudation around the pancreas; 3) increased blood and urine amylase.  If these 3 indicators are met, it can be diagnosed as acute pancreatitis, and acute pancreatitis is sometimes very dangerous, treatment is mainly fasting, water, gastrointestinal decompression, inhibition of gastric acid secretion, inhibition of pancreatic enzyme secretion, anti-infection, pain relief and other symptomatic treatment.
