Water-injected, skin-expanding, all-over ear reconstruction – the ear reconstruction with the lightest surgical scar

Case 1: Before microtia surgery More than 3 months after water injection and skin expansion 4 months after the second surgery (note that the third stage of earlobe transposition, ear screen reconstruction and stump ear removal surgery has not been completed) 4 months after the second surgery: no skin grafting behind the ear, very little scarring behind the ear, no difference in skin color.                         4 months after the second surgery: no need for skin removal on the body, only a short scar at the rib cartilage excision site after the surgery. Case 2: Before microtia surgery 3 months after the first stage of skin expansion and water injection 6 months after the second stage of skin expansion and flap covering cartilage scaffold (note: this is the photo before the third stage of earlobe transposition, ear screen reconstruction and residual ear removal)
