Can neurogenic tinnitus recover on its own without treatment?

If the onset of neurological tinnitus is relatively short and the symptoms are not serious, there is still a certain possibility of self-repair without treatment, but if neurological tinnitus occurs for a long time, it cannot recover itself. Most of the causes of neurological tinnitus are due to noise. If a person’s ear is in a noisy environment for a long time, it will lead to damage to the hair cells of the inner ear, which will probably cause tinnitus and deafness. In this case, if you actively adjust your mind and work and rest reasonably, you can generally recover. However, if you are in a noisy environment for a long time, in a bad mood, or fatigued, you are likely to develop continuous tinnitus, which usually cannot recover on its own and requires the use of drugs that nourish the nerves and improve microcirculation. Patients must ensure that they have enough sleep in their daily life and reduce mood swings before going to bed.
