Can HIV be transmitted by disposable blood collection needles?

Disposable blood collection needles are not infectious because they are sealed, disposable, and strictly sterilized before they leave the factory, and are discarded immediately after use. The main way to get infected with AIDS is to share syringes with others, or other ways that may cause the crossover of blood and body fluids, such as sharing toothbrushes, razors, shavers and other personal items with others, performing tooth extraction, tattooing, eyebrow tattooing, teeth cleaning and other operations in medical facilities that are not strictly sterilized, or having unprotected sex with AIDS patients. Therefore, to avoid HIV infection, you should avoid the above mentioned behaviors.
