  Diet is an important factor in fatty liver. Dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids and fructose can increase the risk of fatty liver, and lifestyle changes are important measures to prevent FLD. For patients who have developed FLD, the disease can be improved by diet modification, increased physical activity (at least 150 minutes of exercise per week), psychotherapy, and other medical interventions. If the diet control is adhered to for more than 2 years, the body mass can be reduced by 7% per year, the key biochemical and pathological examinations may be improved.
