Post-parametrial surgery – hard lumps, pain, what to do

  The removal of the secondary breast tissue, postoperative scar contracture, shoulder joint braking and intraoperative nerve damage can cause stiffness and numbness in the affected side of the shoulder and arm. As long as there is no nerve damage, it is usually possible to recover from this condition! However, it is necessary to carry out functional exercises for the limbs. Here are some exercise methods!  1.Swing your arms back and forth 2.Fold your arms and put them down 3.Stretch your arms back and shoulder width, hold a stick or towel with both hands, alternately stretch back and lift up 4.Put your hands on your shoulders, take your shoulder joints as the center, do forward and backward rotation respectively 5.Hold your head with both hands, open both elbow joints close to the back that is an open one 6.Climb the wall: stand in front of the wall, thumb and forefinger against the wall, alternately climb up with both fingers 7.Place your palms relative to your chest. Squeeze with force to the opposite side to stop 5 to 10 seconds, restore 8, push-ups or simplified for the stand-up. Standing position is the body standing, hands propped up on the table or wall, the body leaned forward, elbows bent, chest near the table or wall, and then restore 9, kneeling position, hands on the ground, arms straight, the whole body to the front and back sway 10, conditions can be used pulley, shoulder ladder, shoulder wheel and other equipment movement 11, to further strengthen the shoulder and chest muscles, with sandbags or dumbbells for upper body exercises
