What should I do about the side breast?

Parametrium is a common type of breast development borders in women, it is often an underdeveloped tissue, mostly like a baby’s breast, or only a little skin pigmentation is seen, and there can be a little skin gain back in the center, similar to a tiny nipple. Some have only mammary glands and some have only nipples, but there are also complete breast bodies (nipples, areolas, and glands) that are visible in the armpits and are larger. Before menstruation, the parametrium is also swollen and painful, and it is obviously enlarged when expecting, and there are nipples and even secretion of milk during the prolapse. The incidence is 1% to 6%. It can occur in both men and women, more in women than in men (5U1), and is often hereditary. Parametrium occurs mostly in the lower part of the breast and around the armpit, generally in the vicinity of the normal breast, but also in the face, neck, buttocks and other parts of the groin vulva. In addition, due to the problem of wearing underwear, there are also acquired parastomastia. Due to the wrong perception in the past, the preference in the choice of underwear is to choose a small one, hoping to achieve the effect of squeezing out the cleavage. As a result of the small bra, the steel ring and cups are not enough to cover, and squeeze for a long time, the breast fat around the breast will be squeezed out over time, and the mammary gland will develop towards the armpit which is not covered, and the side breast will come out. The parametrium needs to be treated: 1, there are obvious pain symptoms; pain symptoms affect the patient’s life. 2. Those with parametrial fibroids or nipple overflow should undergo surgery. 3.Parametrium as a multiple breast deformity, affecting the appearance, for the larger anterior axillary parametrium affects the beauty, dress, and the patient has urgent surgical requirements, can receive surgical treatment. 4.There are obvious hard nodes inside; there are parametrial fibroids, nipple overflow, lumps with obvious swelling and pain. 5.If there is a certain possibility of malignant change; if the lump has increased significantly recently, surgery can be considered. 6.If the diagnosis is unclear and other tumors cannot be excluded. There are two ways to remove the parametrial breast, the first surgery directly, the second is to use liposuction to suck out. The first method is more thorough and is suitable for those who have more breast tissue in the parametrial tissue. The second, for those with more fatty tissue in the parametrial tissue. Mastectomy surgery is not complicated and can usually be done under local anesthesia. The incision for paramastectomy can be designed in the anterior part of the armpit, after separating the subcutaneous tissue through the skin incision; all the breast tissue of the parametrium is removed, and if the nipple areola exists at the same time, it should also be removed together. It will not affect the daily work. If the surgeon is skilled, the surgery is not dangerous. The post-operative recovery is also fast. There are no adverse reactions or after-effects. It will not affect future pregnancy, childbirth or breastfeeding.
