In midsummer, women’s halter dresses, clothes fluttering close to the view, embellishing the landscape. However, it is annoying that the two heaps of fat in the bilateral armpit area, can not be seen. Many women buy underwear, but also encounter the ability to collect the function of the side breast bra. What’s the problem with the side boobs? The side breast is not only a physical “burden”, but also a psychological “burden”!
  The causes of side breasts.
In the mother’s body, humans and animals alike have 6-8 pairs of breasts starting from the armpit to the groin line, which develop into breasts during puberty. However, at birth, only one pair of breasts remains on the chest, and the rest degenerate, and if they do not degenerate successfully, there will be parametrium.
  Mammalian breasts.
  ”False” parametrium
In patients with obese bodies, there can be flabby underarms on both sides, and these obvious “bags” are fake paramomastia. Ultrasound examinations can reveal fatty tissue.
  ”Real” side breasts
Depending on when and where they develop, they can have one or both side breasts, one nipple and two extra nipples, or multiple nipples, which are noticeable after puberty.
  Male Parametrium
Men also have breasts but they are not developed, and men can also have parametrium.
  Parametrial Cancer
Parametrial breast also undergoes cyclic changes in the gland, lactation, benign and malignant tumors, just like the normal breast.
The examination methods of parametrial breast are
  1.Physical examination
Bilateral axillary masses can be seen, some of them are accompanied by nipples without areola, or only nipples without masses.
  2.Ultrasound examination
Gland-like echoes can be detected under ultrasound.
  3.Mammography
A high-density image of axillary glands can be seen.
  4.Puncture biopsy
It is seldom used, but it can confirm the diagnosis when it is difficult to identify.
  Treatment of parametrial breast.
1.False side breasts can be treated by adjusting the underarm flesh on both sides to the side of the bra with good results.
  2. True parametrium requires surgery only in these three cases.
  (1) The need for beauty.
  (2) Frequent pain in the parametrium, which affects life.
  (3) swelling within the parametrium.
In addition to the above cases, the parametrium may not need to be treated.
