There will be a certain gap between several incisors, which is called dental gap in medical science, some people have more obvious dental gap, some people are not very prominent because of thicker dental bed. In the case of no caries, we can observe that the color of our incisors near both sides of the gap is the same as the color of other parts of the teeth, but in the case of tooth caries, the color of the tooth tissue in these two parts will become darker, and when the caries is serious, it can become black directly. When the back teeth have caries, usually the patient has no obvious discomfort in the early stage, only when the caries has caused big damage to the teeth, the patient will have the discomfort such as weakness of chewing, blocked teeth, tongue licking and tooth cavity in life, and further self-examination may find that the teeth have caries.
