The etiology of chronic prostatitis is not conclusive in academic circles, there are just different opinions. The general consensus is that masturbation is the cause of chronic prostatitis. A lot of young people suffering from prostatitis are saying that they used to masturbate a lot (often a few years ago), and they didn’t masturbate much when they had chronic prostatitis. The actual fact is that if you’re not a fan of the idea, you’ll be able to get a lot more than just a couple of years before you get chronic prostatitis. In fact, many of the patients did not suffer from prostatitis when they used to masturbate, but suffered from chronic prostatitis when they rarely masturbated or did not masturbate. It’s hard to believe that masturbation is the cause of chronic prostatitis. In addition, many patients with chronic prostatitis can significantly reduce their symptoms by masturbating properly, rather than the opposite aggravating them. In fact, prostate massage is a very old treatment for chronic prostatitis and has long been recognized as an effective way to treat chronic prostatitis. This is a very important part of the process. The patient both increases the number and cost of medical visits and has to suffer the intense pain of transanal massage of the prostate. This is why few people use this treatment nowadays. The actual purpose of a prostate massage is to expel prostate fluid (a large part of the semen expelled by masturbation is prostate fluid); at the same time, it avoids the disadvantages of a prostate massage – no pain and no need to spend money in the hospital. It is not only painless! The actual pain of masturbation is not comparable to the pain of prostate massage. It is also much better than the bitter medicine! Therefore, the method of sperm discharge (masturbation or sexual intercourse) can be called a happy cure. The more you have, the better the chronic prostatitis will be cured; nor is it true that the sperm discharge is once and for all, no other treatment methods such as medication are needed. At least it shows that proper and moderate masturbation is not the cause of chronic prostatitis, but a way to treat chronic prostatitis.
