The leakage of amniotic fluid is usually continuous and will not improve after urination; 3. smell: generally urine contains a faint ammonia odor, while normal amniotic fluid generally has no smell, sometimes it may have a faint fishy smell, but will not have an ammonia odor; 4. pH test paper: if the test with pH test paper is blue, consider the leakage of amniotic fluid caused by premature rupture of membranes; if the pH test paper does not change color, consider the leakage of urine.
