How to reduce myopia

Once myopia is developed, there is no way to reduce or recover from myopia, but only through glasses or surgery to correct myopia and improve vision. For children, because the myopia is still changing and the eye structure is not yet stable, they can only correct myopia and improve their vision by wearing glasses, mainly frame glasses. If the annual myopia growth is relatively large, greater than 75 degrees, consider wearing OK lenses or low concentration of atropine drops to slow down the increase of myopia. If you are an adult with myopia, you can choose to wear frames or contact lenses to correct your myopia, or you can choose surgery for timely correction. You can choose to correct your myopia with either a lens implant or a corneal laser correction procedure, both of which are also more effective.
