Scabies pus should not be squeezed, and it is easy for the inflammation to spread and bacteria to seep into the skin through the rupture, and it is easy for the inflammation to worsen. A sore with pus is a condition in which there is pus inside the skin and originally the pus is between the fixed skin, but because the pus may cause the defense of the wound to become weaker, squeezing may cause the surrounding skin to become infected and there is a possibility of scarring. If the sore occurs in the dangerous triangle of the face, once squeezed it is likely to cause the pus to enter the blood stream, which can lead to intracranial infection in severe cases. Therefore, in general, when a sore becomes pus-filled, it needs to be treated by an experienced physician for incision and drainage. After the pus is drained, the wound should be cleaned with antiseptic solution and wrapped with clean gauze, and oral anti-inflammatory drugs should be taken under the doctor’s supervision to avoid further infection.
