Most of the hospitals do not require hospitalization for the operation of hysterosal adhesions, which can be done basically on an outpatient basis, but individual hospitals require hospitalization for surgical treatment because the hysteroscope is in the inpatient department, so it is recommended to consult clearly during the outpatient examination. It is best to have the surgery within 3-7 days after menstruation and not to have intercourse. In the outpatient clinic, we need to check the routine leucorrhea, clotting time, blood count and electrocardiogram, all of which are normal before we can do the hysteroscopy. The adhesions will be separated and an IUD will be inserted after the separation to avoid further adhesions. After 3 months, if the menstrual period is regular and the volume is normal, the IUD can be removed.
