Most of the reviews after surgery for uterine adhesions are usually hysteroscopic. This is to determine the recovery pattern of the uterine cavity after the surgery, whether the cavity has recovered to a normal condition and whether there is a chance of re-adhesion. Some women may want to undergo ultrasound, but ultrasound is only imaging and cannot accurately evaluate the internal cavity of the uterus, so after hysteroscopic adhesions, 1-3 hysteroscopies are needed to confirm the diagnosis. When the uterine cavity returns to normal after 3 follow-ups, pregnancy preparation can be considered. It is also important to take medication to repair the endometrium after hysteroscopic adhesions, because it is important to avoid the presence of a prolonged thinning of the endometrium, which can cause reoccurrence of adhesions.
