Chinese medicine classification of cervical spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is classified as follows: 1. cold-damp invasion type: patients have a history of wind-cold invasion, local pain is mainly cold pain, aggravated by cold stimulation, accompanied by fear of wind and cold, white greasy coating, tight pulse; 2. qi stagnation and blood stasis type: patients have a history of trauma or strain, with fixed pain points, petechiae on the tongue, tight pulse; 3. liver and kidney deficiency type: the main manifestation is neck and shoulder pain, accompanied by waist and knee weakness, spermatorrhea, menstrual irregularities and other systemic symptoms.
