What’s with the ringworm-like growths on my arms?

The growth of something like ringworm on the arm may be caused by ringworm, chronic eczema, neurodermatitis and other diseases.
1. Tinea corporis: its etiology is related to factors such as dermatophyte infection, oneself suffering from fungal infections such as tinea versicolor and onychomycosis, and excessive sweating. Patients can appear on the arm pimples, papules, red scaly patches, manifested as ringworm-like growth on the arm.
2. Chronic eczema: its etiology is related to contact with allergens, endocrine and metabolic changes, nervous tension and other factors. Patients manifested as local skin roughness and hypertrophy, tinea versicolor, etc., some patients will appear on the arm like ringworm.
3. Neurodermatitis: arm like ringworm is also considered to be due to neurodermatitis, its cause is not yet clear, may be scratching, chronic friction, physical stimulation and other factors. Scratching the skin can appear deep grooves and elevated mossy lesions, accompanied by light red and yellow-brown papules.
