Treatment of infertility

Mental adjustment is important in treating female infertility. The psychological barriers of female infertility patients are mainly reflected in the feeling of inferiority, restlessness, nervousness, reduced socialization, lack of interest in life, restlessness and anger, reluctance or taboo to talk with others about fertility, which is especially prominent among infertility patients with low literacy level in rural areas. Of course, this is related to the fact that rural areas are deeply influenced by traditional ideology, and they think more about their future life and worry about losing their livelihood protection in the future. Long-term infertility in women, especially after a lot of money multi-treatment did not work, often lead to interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression, paranoia, with the prolongation of marriage, age, psychological pressure more heavy, some even have “no one to succeed” the sense of loss, mental stress further aggravated, and increasingly lack of confidence in the cure The mental stress is further aggravated, and the confidence to cure is increasingly lacking. It should be especially noted that the psychological condition of female infertility is very closely related to individual differences. Patients with high neuroticism, high mental quality, and introversion are particularly stressed, and these patients show obvious symptoms and have a long course of illness. For patients with psychological disorders of infertility, the main focus is on psychotherapy. The psychological treatment is multifaceted and depends on the doctor, as well as on the family and oneself. For those who have obvious symptoms of psychological disorder, they should go to a formal doctor for consultation in a formal hospital in time to clarify the cause of infertility, distinguish whether it is relative or absolute infertility, and take corresponding treatment measures on the basis of a clear disease to relieve the pain of infertility as soon as possible. It must be emphasized that patients must raise their awareness, understand medical knowledge, enhance their ability to control diseases and adapt to infertility, not to be baffled by the momentary infertility and not to be upset by a certain disease. Negative psychology can only increase the degree of disease, while positive psychology is beneficial to dispel the disease. A lot of clinical data proves that excessive mental tension and psychological disorders often lead to endocrine dysfunction and ovulation disorders, creating a situation where the more you want to get pregnant, the harder it is to get pregnant. It is important for the patient and her family to be clear about this fact. In the treatment of female infertility, the role of the family, especially the husband, should not be neglected. For infertility patients, we should respect them, care for them, considerate of them, usually should not talk about how infertility and such topics, family members should not intentionally or unintentionally blame, reprimand, sarcasm, but need to be enlightened, encourage, help, which is not only conducive to the recovery of patients, but also conducive to family harmony, social stability. At the same time, patients themselves should also improve their “immunity”, to maintain mental health, should reduce doubts, worries, self-blame, low self-esteem, do not blame God, do not avoid the disease, do not take the bull by the horns. To do this, the first thing is to improve awareness, and the improvement of awareness requires a basic medical knowledge. Clinical observation suggests that the incidence of psychological disorders among cadres and scientists with higher education level, rich medical knowledge and strong self-regulation ability is much lower than that of patients with low education level, poor medical knowledge and poor self-regulation ability in rural areas.
