What is premature ejaculation?

According to the International Society of Sexual Medicine’s definition of premature ejaculation, a man is considered to have premature ejaculation if the act of ejaculation always, or almost always, occurs within one minute of entry into the vagina, or if he is unable to delay ejaculation after all, or almost all, of the penis has been introduced into the vagina, and if he is prone to be plagued by negative personal psycho-psychological factors. Premature ejaculation is a particularly common sexual dysfunction for men. Currently, the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISM) defines premature ejaculation as a three-component disorder that involves a vaginal ejaculation latency of less than one minute, a lack of ability to control or delay ejaculation, and a tendency to be bothered by negative personal emotions as a result of premature ejaculation. Therefore, if a man always or almost always ejaculates before the penis is inserted into the vagina, or no more than 1 minute after insertion, and is unable to control ejaculation in almost all sexual intercourse, and the individual is troubled, frustrated, worried, and other negative psychological emotions as a result of this, then premature ejaculation can be basically judged as a premature ejaculation. Men who suffer from premature ejaculation for a long period of time are advised to seek medical examination and diagnosis in a timely manner to identify the cause for targeted treatment.
