Weakness and trembling, panic and dizziness

Weakness, shivering, panic and dizziness of the whole body are caused by the following three reasons: First, the most common cause is hypoglycemic reaction. Hypoglycemia occurs when the blood sugar in the body is less than 3.9mmol/L, because the sugar supply to the brain is insufficient, triggering the head to glucose utilization insufficiency, triggering dizziness, as well as symptoms of chest tightness, shortness of breath, panic, palpitations, weakness around the body and shivering, at which time it is necessary to immediately supplement glucose water to relieve the symptoms. Second, general weakness, shivering, panic and dizziness may also be hypokalemia. When the body’s blood potassium decreases rapidly, it will also lead to periodic general weakness and periodic paralysis, when arrhythmia and panic, accompanied by dizziness, will occur. Third, panic and dizziness, accompanied by generalized weakness and shivering, can also occur when the blood supply to the heart or cerebral vessels is inadequate in an acute manner.
