What’s wrong with my dry cough?

Discomfort in the throat is always dry cough, clinically there are mainly the following diseases: 1, chronic pharyngitis, the patient has a large number of lymphatic follicle hyperplasia at the root of the tongue in the back wall of the pharynx, after the hyperplasia there is exudate to stimulate the throat, resulting in a dry cough sometimes there can be a little mucous sputum. 2, allergic pharyngitis, may be the throat to the inhaled air and eating, there is a local allergic reaction in the throat. This is manifested as itchy throat and dry cough, usually with little sputum. 3. Patients have lung and airway problems, such as having bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, mycoplasma pneumonia, and other diseases that induce a dry cough. When this disease develops to a certain extent, there may be more sputum, but early on there may be no sputum. If a patient has an uncomfortable throat and dry cough, it is recommended that the patient go to the ENT department for an electronic laryngoscopy. Lung CT and other tests can also be done to rule out the possibility of lung disease.
