The following methods can help to improve the symptoms of dry mouth: 1.Breathe through the nose as much as possible. 2.If you sleep with your mouth open, have your doctor or a professional therapist make a band that pockets your chin and put it on when you sleep at night. 3.If your nose does not pass, ask your doctor for help. 4.Increase your fluid intake. 5.Use a spray (clean with vinegar and water once a week).
