Only couples who meet the conditions for infertility diagnosis need to undergo infertility tests. The following is a brief description of the four basic tests that infertility couples need to undergo. Ultrasound examinations for the female partner include: 1. Time of examination: preferably just after menstruation. Vaginal ultrasound is recommended. 2. Gynecological endocrine hormone measurement: Purpose: To understand the reserve function of the ovaries and whether there are endocrine abnormalities. Time: Blood test 2 to 3 days after menstruation. 3.Hysterosalpingography: Purpose: To check the patency of the fallopian tubes and to detect uterine malformations.
