What is the best time for an infertility patient to be seen?

The most important question for every patient who plans to visit the Fertility Center should be: what is the best time to visit the hospital? Everyone wants to have a quick and effective examination. It is generally recommended that female patients come to the hospital on an empty stomach between the 2nd and 4th day of their menstrual cycle, i.e., the day of the onset of menstruation is counted as the first day of the cycle, and hormone 7 and vaginal ultrasound can be used to determine the patient’s ovarian reserve function. For those patients with scanty menstruation, who often have periods in two or three months, they can come to the clinic on an empty stomach at any time. It is recommended that male patients come to the hospital between 2-7 days after sperm discharge, i.e. more than 48 hours to less than 7 days after sperm discharge, regardless of whether it is masturbation or coitus, as too short or too long a period of time may affect the accuracy of the semen test. For infertility patients, if the semen test of the male partner and the ovulation monitoring of the female partner are more or less normal, they can come to the hospital to make an appointment for a hysterosalpingogram on 3-7 days after their menstrual period is cleaned up, and remember that they should not have coitus during the cycle of the same month!
