Men, look out! A modified form of “invisible circumcision”!

In traditional circumcision, the superficial fascia (meatus) of the penis and its superficial blood vessels need to be removed, and there are abundant lymphatic vessels in the superficial fascia. The operation is prone to impaired blood and lymphatic circulation in the inner plate, complicated by lymphedema in the inner plate, long postoperative edema and poor wound healing. It is easy to have postoperative secondary bleeding and hematoma, which affects postoperative recovery and quality of life, and it is not easy to deal with the prepuce tether, which may cause too much or too little excision of the prepuce tether. Excessive excision may cause the head of the penis to bend down or be painful during erection; too little excision may cause the area to become bloated and form a subcutaneous lump, affecting the aesthetics and the quality of sexual life. Here we introduce a modified penile root cuff circumcision to provide more clinical options for male friends. 1, cleverly hidden surgical traces, known as the “invisible circumcision”. The modified penile root cuff circumcision surgery uses local anesthesia, the pain is mild, the whole use of plastic instruments, the operation is fine, not only to protect the dorsal penile vein and foreskin ties, and no incision edema, the surgical scar is small, after surgery can be effectively hidden by hair, high concealment. The foreskin at the coronary sulcus has not undergone surgical operation, which looks more natural and beautiful. 2. Preserve the intact lining tissue and a large number of lymphatic vessels. The surgical design is reasonable, because the surgery only removes a section of the skin of the inner and outer plates, not the whole layer of the skin, avoiding the injury to the larger blood vessels of the superficial fascia such as the dorsal superficial penile vein, preserving the intact endothelial tissue and a large number of lymphatic vessels, and significantly reducing the secondary bleeding and edema after the surgery. 3. The excision of excess foreskin is “just right”. The incision design is reasonable and flexible, with two circumferential incision lines, the lower one being the base line of excision and the upper one being adjustable according to the amount of skin excised. It can satisfy the penis to remove the excessively long foreskin under relaxed condition. Therefore, it can remedy the effect that cannot be achieved by traditional circumcision due to the longitudinal cutting of the inner plate and the limitation of the length of the inner plate. The excess edematous stored skin in the upper part of the coronal sulcus after traditional circumcision is a sign that the excision range is not enough. 4.Surgery to correct mild penile curvature at the same time. The use of two circumferential incision lines are not parallel to correct the partial ventral flexion of the penis. This method is used for adults with well-developed penis, and the dorsal side is more excised than the ventral side by 0.5~0.8cm, which can correct the ventral curvature of the penis by 10°~15°. This unique advantage is also not achieved by the traditional circumcision. 5. The integrity of the circumcision ties is preserved, and bleeding, edema, infection and complications are significantly reduced. The difficulty of traditional circumcision lies in the circumcision tie, because this place is rich in blood vessels and not easy to clamp, which is the key part of bleeding, and excessive clamping is easy to cause necrosis, infection and poor healing in this place. Modified penile root cuff circumcision avoids the difficult point of circumcision at the tether, the two circumferential incisions are parallel, the excised ventral and dorsal foreskin are equal, and the skin on the dorsal side of the abdominal pain is equal in length after anastomosis, avoiding the retention of too long or too short on the side of the tether and the anastomosis between the tether fold and the outer plate skin does not affect wound healing and aesthetics.
