I. Initial consultation
The patient had tinnitus, tinnitus, hearing loss, palpitations, panic attacks, chest tightness, inability to work, study, and live normally, often distracted, unable to sleep normally at night, dreamy and easy to wake up, unable to sleep after waking up, often open his eyes until dawn, accompanied by persistent headache, dizziness, and dizziness. II. Treatment history
After admission, physical examination: clear consciousness, anxiety, normal language, no impairment of physical activity, body temperature 36.6℃, blood pressure 140/90mmHg, heart rate 90 beats/min, respiration 17 times/min, no significant abnormalities in brain MR, no diffusion restricted signal in DWI, bilateral posterior communicating arteries open. Carotid ultrasound showed bilateral carotid artery intimal changes. Cardiac ultrasound showed reduced left ventricular compliance and normal left heart function. We explained to the patient and his family that the patient was mainly suffering from neurological disorders caused by poor mood and sleep, so we could use drugs to regulate the nerves and mood, so we gave Shuxinin injection to improve the circulation, Shuhelian and Xiezhu capsule to improve the mood, Flupethione Melitrexin tablet to improve the anxiety, and Baili Sleep capsule to improve the sleep quality.
III. Treatment effect
The patient’s symptoms of brain buzzing were relieved through 7 days of IV and oral drug treatment, sleep quality was improved, difficulty in falling asleep was reduced, but there were still early awakenings, the patient’s anxiety was significantly relieved, his mind was restored to peace, and he could communicate with his friends and family quietly. After 7 days of hospitalization, the patient met the discharge criteria and was told to continue taking oral medication to improve sleep and relieve anxiety, and to review the outpatient clinic in 3 months.
IV. Notes
