Cervical cervical spondylosis refers to cervical muscle syndrome with limited pain and corresponding pressure points in the head, neck, shoulders and arms, and degenerative changes such as changes in the physiological curve of the cervical spine and intervertebral instability and mild osteophytes on X-rays. Generally speaking, cervical cervical spondylosis should include: cervical myofasciitis (cervical strain), frozen shoulder (neck and shoulder syndrome), dorsal myofasciitis (dorsal strain), cervical-shoulder-back syndrome, etc. Cervical cervical spondylosis, also called localized cervical spondylosis, can be cured mostly by non-surgical treatment, but is prone to recurrent attacks. Therefore, many authors rarely mention this type in textbooks.
