Older women with watery leucorrhoea are mostly associated with gynaecological tumour diseases.
After menopause, due to the decline of ovarian function, sex hormones in the body decrease, the reproductive tract gradually atrophies, glandular secretion and vaginal mucous membrane exudation are greatly reduced, leucorrhea will also decrease; and the appearance of watery leucorrhea is mainly considered gynecological tumor.
It is advisable to seek medical attention for vaginal and cervical examination and, if necessary, scraping, aspiration and cervical biopsy to help diagnose the condition.
