Does watery leucorrhea indicate embryo implantation?

Watery leucorrhea is not necessarily related to embryonic implantation. If the embryo is implanted, the hormone level in the body will rise, which will cause an increase in the discharge, but it is not the case that watery leucorrhea is diagnostic of embryonic implantation, so the occurrence of watery leucorrhea is especially seen in malignant tumors, such as fallopian tube cancer. If embryo implantation is considered, it can be combined with a small amount of vaginal bleeding and brown vaginal discharge, and with the patient’s basal body temperature to determine if the basal body temperature has been in a high phase without a decreasing trend. It should also be combined with the blood draw for blood HCG. It is recommended to draw blood for blood HCG as soon as possible after the appearance of delayed menstruation, if the blood HCG value rises, it means pregnancy.
