What is considered to be the cause of scattered rales in both lungs, recurrent wheezing and dyspnea?

Consider bronchial asthma as a high possibility. Bronchial asthma is generally either antigenic or non-antigenic and is a disease of increased airway reactivity caused by irritation. Patients often have a history of allergic reactions to a variety of allergens and typically present with expiratory dyspnoea accompanied by croup.
It usually resolves after a few minutes or hours with self-administration of medication. Prompt access to a hospital for standardised treatment is recommended.
