What are the symptoms of cervical vertigo?

How to distinguish cervical vertigo from other vertigo: 1. Cervical vertigo mostly has a history of cervical spine disease, such as degeneration and chronic strain of the cervical spine, history of head and neck trauma causing compression of the vertebral artery or insufficient blood supply to the vertebral artery due to stimulation of the sympathetic nerve around the vertebral artery. 2.Vertigo can be mild, moderate or severe, can be chronic or sudden, mostly related to the neck position, and the vertigo is aggravated when turning the neck. 3.Tinnitus and deafness may be present, but they are mostly bilateral. 4. It may be accompanied by headache, limb numbness, pain, distension, visual impairment, headache, choking on water, sleep disorder, nausea, vomiting and other brainstem ischemic symptoms. Most of the above conditions are cervicogenic vertigo, but further physical and auxiliary examinations are needed to confirm the diagnosis.
