The two sides of the neck are the upper limb brachial plexus nerve travel area, often appearing brachial plexus origin nerve sheath tumor, manifesting as swelling on both sides of the neck, often accompanied by upper limb numbness, pain, weakness symptoms, treatment requires brachial plexus nerve exploration swelling excision, need to use microsurgery techniques, complete removal of tumor at the same time need to protect the brachial plexus nerve, minimize or avoid nerve damage. The tumor was resected using microsurgical techniques to minimize or avoid nerve damage.
