What to do if your nose itches

  Itchy nose is mostly related to weather, allergens, cold, and occupation. Common methods to relieve itching within the nose are: avoiding contact with allergens and medication in two ways.  1.Avoid contact with strainogen: Patients who are allergic to animal fur and pollen should be well protected when they want to go out and avoid contact with allergens; the house should be cleaned regularly; keep the humidity in the house to below 60%, but not too low, not below 30%.  2, medication: medication for itching in the nasal cavity is usually given in the nasal cavity and orally in two ways. The therapeutic effect also varies greatly according to different patients. Commonly used drugs are: (1) antihistamines: can effectively relieve itching, sneezing and runny nose symptoms.  (2) Glucocorticoids: can effectively relieve nasal congestion and itching.  (3) Anti-leukotrienes: They are effective for allergic rhinitis and asthma.  (4) Chinese medicine: Some Chinese medicines are effective in relieving the symptoms of itchy nose, but care should be taken to avoid adverse drug reactions when taking Chinese medicines. Patients during pregnancy should pay attention to the careful use of various drugs.  There are several ways to relieve itching inside the nose as above. If the symptoms are relatively mild, treatment by physical therapy is recommended, and if the condition is severe medication can be used.
