(1) How to exercise?
Exercise according to your ability, to prevent the accumulation of fat in the liver, and not to feel fatigue.
(2) Suitable exercise items.
Moderate intensity aerobic exercise, including moderate walking (120 steps per minute), jogging, cycling, swimming, gymnastics, dancing, rope skipping, climbing, stair climbing, playing badminton, etc.
(3) Exercise intensity.
The heart rate or pulse should be maintained at least at 100 beats per minute during exercise, up to a maximum of (200-age).
Choose the appropriate amount of exercise according to the degree of exertion.
(4) How to choose the time of exercise?
Avoid exercising immediately after meals, and also avoid morning and late night hours. Exercise is most effective within 60 to 120 minutes after meals, and can be done at 4 p.m. or in the evening.
(5) How long is the appropriate duration?
Each exercise should last at least 20 minutes.

(6) How many times a week is appropriate?
