How often is it good for normal people to take oxygen

Under the general daily state, normal people do not need oxygen, only some special people need oxygen for treatment. Oxygen is a necessity for human survival, and the oxygen saturation in normal human body is above 98%, while the oxygen in the air is about 20%, which is enough to cope with human free breathing. Therefore, unless pathological conditions or special people generally do not need oxygen. Patients with respiratory and circulatory diseases, such as interstitial lung disease, cardiac insufficiency and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, need long-term home oxygen therapy. Patients with respiratory failure even require invasive or non-invasive ventilation therapy to achieve normal oxygen saturation. Pregnant women also sometimes need oxygen to improve blood oxygen saturation and supply oxygen to the fetus. People who are going to plateau for the first time can prevent acute pulmonary edema by inhaling oxygen. However, normal people generally do not need oxygen without special circumstances. It is recommended that people who are not breathing well should go to the respiratory department of the hospital in time, so that the doctor can decide whether to administer oxygen according to the situation, and normal people do not need oxygen in non-essential cases.
