Do you know about anal papillomegaly?

The triangular yellow-white papillae below the anal flap are called anal papillae, which are conical or triangular in shape and are remnants of the embryo, 3 to 8, usually very small. Causes 1.Infection, trauma or stimulation at the anal canal, such as the stimulation of chronic intestinal inflammation, prolonged accumulation of stool in the rectum or dry and hard stool in those with habitual constipation. 2, the process of defecation caused by damage and secondary bacterial infection. Clinical manifestations 1. Anal papilla prolapse: the anal papilla grows to a certain extent and can be prolapsed out of the anus when defecating. At first, it can retract in the anus by itself after defecation, but gradually it needs to be pushed by hand to retract in the anus, or even prolapse out of the anus for a long time. 2.Anal discomfort: At first, there is a feeling of anal swelling, sometimes anal itching and discomfort, such as inflammation, not only the feeling of swelling is obvious, but also due to stimulation and frequent desire to defecate. 3.Bleeding and pain: When dry and hard stool rubs the anus, it can be bloody, dripping blood and painful. 4.Embedding: If the enlarged anal papilla is not pushed back into the anus in time after it is prolapsed, embedding will occur. After embedding, edema and pain will be intense, and it will be difficult to move, sit and lie down, and even to urinate and defecate. How to treat The most suitable treatment method is surgical removal. The most appropriate treatment at present is surgical excision. Many patients have only slight anal discomfort in the early stage of anal papillomegaly, which is not easily detected because it does not bleed or come out like hemorrhoids. Many people don’t feel much at the beginning of an enlarged anal papilla, and generally think that they just have hemorrhoids, and often use some medication hastily, and don’t pay much attention to it. However, if the anal papilla is not treated thoroughly, it may further aggravate and harm the body. When the above-mentioned symptoms appear, you must go to a regular hospital in time, so that early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment.
