Gynecological inflammatory diseases including cervicitis, vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and endometritis are usually caused by infections and are mainly gynaecological. Anal papilloma, on the other hand, is mainly caused by anal diseases or bad lifestyle habits, and there is no causal relationship between the two.
