Poor microcirculation in diabetic lower limbs is considered to have diabetic lower limb vasculopathy, diabetic foot and other conditions, which need to be targeted treatment under the guidance of the doctor, such as medication, surgery and so on. 1. Diabetic lower extremity vasculopathy: need to follow the doctor’s instructions to take metformin, acarbose and other hypoglycemic drugs or injectable insulin therapy, with dietary control, appropriate exercise and other ways to maintain blood glucose stability; you can also use prostaglandin, cilostazol, and other vasodilators to improve the ischemic condition of the affected limbs; clopidogrel, aspirin and other drugs to inhibit platelet adhesion, aggregation, and so on. 2. Diabetic foot: control blood glucose according to the above methods, consider using clindamycin, amoxicillin and other medications when accompanied by infection; if the diabetic foot is caused by ischemia of the affected limb, prostaglandin and other medications can also be used; when accompanied by thrombosis, heparin and warfarin can be used to treat the condition; surgical debridement is also possible to clear up gangrenous wounds. Diabetic patients with poor microcirculation in the lower limbs should go to the hospital and ask the doctor to make judgment and treatment.
