Muscle strength training should include limb massage and passive joint training. Neck method: turn the head left to tilt the head; turn the head right to tilt the head, shaped like a male robin. Training requirements: slow, without violence. 1-2 times a day, 3-5 minutes each time (20-30 times). Massage can prevent muscle contracture and joint stiffness, increase the skin blood flow and lymphatic reflux at the pressure, and promote the peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract. Canes, crutches, knee pads, leg pads, elbow pads, etc. all help improve patient function, but are not usually used routinely. Walking training is the most important element of the training. Those with partial muscle strength in the lower extremities should first train lower extremity muscle strength, including straight leg raising, weighted lower extremity lifting, and extension and flexion activities. Slow walking, 20-30 minutes per day is appropriate. The distance depends on the physical condition.  8.Life training should be based on their knowledge structure and interests to learn some special techniques and skills.
