You must not know the causes of syncope

Syncope is a disorder of consciousness caused by a transient lack of blood supply to the brain. It is manifested as a sudden loss of consciousness, falling to the ground and recovering as usual after a few moments, commonly known as fainting or syncope. According to the cause, syncope is divided into different types. These include: vasomotor dysregulation syncope: vasopressor syncope, upright hypotension, carotid sinus syndrome, reflex syncope, receptor hyperfunction, syncopal epilepsy, swallowing syncope, etc. Second, cardiogenic syncope: pathological sinus node syndrome, atrioventricular block, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, pre-excitation syndrome, ventricular tachycardia, long Q-T syndrome, arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia, aortic orifice stenosis, cardiac mucinous aneurysm, primary cardiomyopathy, secondary cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, mitral valve prolapse syndrome, viral myocarditis, infective endocarditis, pericardial disease cardiac bulb-like thrombosis, pacemaker syndrome, congenital heart disease, etc. Vascular syncope: hypertension, aortitis, aortic coarctation, primary pulmonary hypertension, cerebral arteriosclerosis, transient ischemic attack, subclavian artery steal syndrome, etc. Fourth, vasodilatory syncope: 1, cardiogenic syncope; 2, cerebral syncope; 3, pharmacogenic syncope; 4, metabolic syncope; 5, syncope caused by physical factors; 6, others. They can also be briefly summarized as: cardiogenic syncope, non-cardiogenic syncope and syncope of unknown origin.
