Whether or not you can get a disability card for high myopia depends on how much corrected visual acuity and how well you can see, and whether there are any other problems or lesions in the fundus of the eye. If the corrected visual acuity of high myopia reaches 0.3 or above after wearing glasses, you cannot get a disability certificate, even if the super high myopia has reached 1000-2000 degrees. If high myopia has glaucoma or fundus lesions, such as macular hemorrhage or macular retinal atrophy, macular neovascularization or retinal detachment, and the vision is still below 0.3 or the central visual field is less than 10 degrees after correction with glasses, then you can get a disability certificate.
