Wind-heat sore is an acute self-limiting inflammatory skin disease with a rash as red as a rose and flaking as chaff. It occurs in spring and autumn, mostly in young adults. In Chinese medicine, it is also known as blood chancre and wind ringworm. The pathogenesis is due to excessive consumption of spicy and sizzling food, or emotional depression and fire, resulting in heat in the blood, heat injury to the yin fluid and dryness and wind, or external wind-heat, depression of the skin and occlusion of the couples. The etiology of Western medicine is unknown and is thought to be related to viral infection. Diagnosis】 (1) Key points 1.
