I told the patient to go to surgery (there was no anorectal department in the hospital at that time), but the patient refused to agree and was afraid of surgery. The patient heard that TCM can cut and cure hemorrhoids and asked for TCM treatment, but I said we don’t carry out this project here, and the patient left helplessly. In fact, cutting treatment of hemorrhoids is a folk therapy of Chinese medicine, regular hospitals are not seen his figure, while the regular tertiary hospital doctors do not care to use such methods, I myself learned this therapy when I was in college, because it is a small skill, the average medical student will not pay attention to. The hemorrhoids have internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids, the general performance of pain, prolapse, bleeding, perianal eczema, etc., occurring mostly due to sedentary, standing, drinking alcohol, gluttonous spicy stimulating food related, ten years ago (2004) I had the privilege of studying anorectal disease for a year, systematically learning the surgical treatment of hemorrhoids, contact with a large number of surgical patients, surgery although cured many cases, but some of the results are not very satisfactory, the patient The pain is great, and every time you have a bowel movement or change of medicine you have to endure severe pain, so many people do not want to accept surgery and hope for non-surgical treatments, also because of the special part of the disease, some people are ashamed to show it and hope for conservative treatment. Since then, I started the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine cutting method, at first only limited to patients who are afraid of surgery and have mild symptoms, and slowly expanded to relatively heavier stage II and III hemorrhoids patients, most of whom have achieved better results, of the 763 patients treated so far, 750 were effective and 13 were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 98.3%. The total effective rate is 98.3%. This is something I have often considered in my spare time over the past 20 years of practice. The so-called cut-and-cure method, which I will briefly explain, is to find the specific reaction point in the human mouth and back for treatment, less bleeding, no pain, generally once the effect can be seen, the treatment only takes about 10 minutes, after treatment does not affect normal life. Advantages of the cutting method: simple and efficient, no pain, no need to take time off from work, and no need for escort. The disadvantages of the cut-and-cure method: it is generally effective in teaching heavier stage III hemorrhoids and perianal abscesses. The advantages and disadvantages of surgical treatment of hemorrhoids: surgical treatment of hemorrhoids is often efficient, but painful, the patient spends a long time, usually takes about twenty days to a month, daily medication changes painful, and costly, usually a then small surgery also need seven, eight thousand, or even tens of thousands of dollars. The hemorrhoid patient should usually pay attention to the problem: a light diet, avoid alcohol and spicy stimulating diet, regular life, do not stay up late, not sit for a long time standing. Typical case one: Li Rainbow, female, 39 years old, visited the clinic on March 20, 2009. She was 3 days postpartum, her stool was bleeding like a note, and something came out after the stool, and she needed to send it back by hand after the stool. Since she did not want to operate and use medicine during the breastfeeding period, she used the cutting treatment method, first cutting a little bit in the oral reaction point after sterilization, and then cutting two points in the back reaction point. Typical case 2: Zhao Shengjiang, male, 47 years old, visited the clinic on July 13, 2010. Typical case 3: Wang Liangguang, male, 63 years old, visited the clinic on October 23, 2012. The patient has long-term constipation, poor bowel movement, rectal prolapse during the stool, and needs to be returned by hand after the stool, which has been six years, very painful, can not go out, can not walk too much, can not bear weight, otherwise the rectum will be prolapsed, once through surgery three times, no major improvement, the patient took the attitude of trying to see, after treatment once prolapse significantly reduced, the feeling of falling disappeared, a week later after the second treatment, significantly improved After the second treatment a week later, there was no further prolapse as long as the patient did not carry weight or travel far.
