Self-test chart for myopia

Nearsightedness, astigmatism, color blindness, and color weakness are problems that many parents worry about in their children in outpatient clinics. Here, we provide some examination charts that can be used at home to initially assess whether a child has any of these visual abnormalities, and parents can assess them themselves first. 1.Myopia self-test chart Myopic patients see a picture of a woman with glasses and short, floppy hair. Non-myopic patients see only vertical bars, and those with good vision can also see shadows. 2, astigmatism of the self-test chart When the eye with corrective glasses or without glasses to see the astigmatism table in all directions line thickness is uniform, confirmed that the examined eye astigmatism has been adequately corrected or indicate no astigmatism phenomenon. When the examined eye finds that a line in the astigmatism table is black and clear, it indicates the possibility of astigmatism. 3.Self-checking chart of visual acuity Please keep 1.5 meters distance for monocular test. The visual acuity record value of the smallest line of visual markers that can be recognized is the visual acuity test value of your tested eye. 4.Self-test chart of color blindness The A in the above chart cannot be read as red color blindness. C in the chart above is green color blindness. Most of the red-green colorblind and red-green weak people can read 5, but most of the full color weak people and normal people can not read it. Red-green colorblind and red-green colorblind people can easily find it, but most normal people and full colorblind people cannot find it.
