Don’t over-treat anal “skin flab”

The so-called hemorrhoids that you can find outside the anus are usually “skin tags”, some will be more and some will be less. When not found by touch, there are usually few symptoms, no bleeding, and no prolapse. This is actually like everyone’s face, there are good-looking and ugly, but in general, people will not consider to change it surgically. Unless some people want to have plastic surgery. We have found that many patients are over-treated because of this skin flab, and they are washing and rubbing, and they have the tendency to not get it adjusted. As a result, it causes chronic damage to the skin of the anal verge, itchy and painful, severe cases called perianal eczema, and then coated with a variety of ointments. The actual fact is that this will only aggravate the condition. The vast majority of anti-itch drugs contain hormones, which can stop the itching in the short term, but will return as soon as the drug is stopped. Therefore, on the one hand, do not overstimulate the skin of the anal opening, and if you have any idea, you should follow up with a specialist hospital. On the other hand, if symptoms have already appeared, it is recommended to reduce the physical-chemical, stimulation around the anus.
