What to do if you find hematuria

  1, urinary system diseases, such as various nephritis, urinary tract infection, urinary tract tuberculosis, stones,, tumors, vascular disease, genetic disease, operation injury.  2, systemic disease manifestations, infectious diseases such as hemorrhagic fever, leptospirosis, sepsis; hematological diseases such as thrombocytopenic purpura, reblocking, leukemia.  3, perirenal organ diseases such as acute orchitis, prostate disease, colon cancer, trauma, etc.  4, drug injury, such as sulfonamides, cyclophosphamide, etc.  5.Functional blood in urine. Whether it is true hematuria in case of pseudo-hematuria caused by drugs or food; whether it has been injured in the recent past, causing kidney or perirenal damage.  2.Localization. Find out where the hematuria comes from, not from the kidney, ureter, bladder, urethra or from light peripheral organ damage? Sometimes it is difficult to determine the source of blood in urine, and cystoscopy is done if necessary.  3, determine the cause. That is, to clarify the diagnosis.
