Cervical spondylosis is a lesion caused by degeneration and protrusion of intervertebral discs, cervical spine osteophytes, ligamentous calcification and other degenerative changes, resulting in stimulation and pressure on cervical nerve roots, vertebral arteries, sympathetic nerves and spinal cord, causing headache, dizziness, pain and numbness in the upper limbs of the neck and shoulder, chest pain, and even spastic paralysis of the lower limbs. It occurs in people over 40 years of age, or in those who have been working with their heads down for a long time. The attacks are often caused by exertion, injury, and cold. Tui na treatment for this disease has the functions of relaxing tendons and channels, relieving inflammation and pain, and correcting post-articular disorders, which is the preferred treatment for this disease. Clinical investigation found that cervical spondylosis and vertigo are closely related, and 50% of the patients who visited the clinic for vertigo are caused by cervical spondylosis; and more than half of the patients with cervical spondylosis have vertigo symptoms. In the study of cervical vertigo, the role of cervical proprioceptor dysfunction in the pathogenesis was recognized, and the combination of TCD and X-RAY was used to clarify the diagnosis, and traditional massage techniques with short lever fine-tuning techniques were used to achieve immediate clinical effect of stopping vertigo.
